1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Savvy Social ("the Service"), operated by Savvy Digital Studio LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Savvy Social is an AI-powered social media content tool that generates trending ideas, hooks, content calendars, and performance analysis for businesses, social media managers, and agencies. The Service uses third-party AI (Claude by Anthropic) and real-time data sources to generate content recommendations.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate, current information. You may not share your account with others or create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is created by artificial intelligence and is provided as suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or free from errors. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to: generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service; circumvent usage limits or security measures; resell access to the Service without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Savvy Digital Studio LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service. Content you generate using the Service belongs to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
